Refund Policy
Refunds of admission fees, tuition, and other payments in cases of withdrawal or cancellation are as follows:
  • If the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) is not issued:
All payments will be refunded except for the application fee and bank transfer charges.
  • If the COE is issued but the student does not apply for a visa or cannot enter Japan due to visa refusal:
All payments will be refunded except for the application fee, admission fee, and bank transfer charges, provided that required documents (such as the return of the COE and admission letter, or proof of visa refusal) are submitted.
  • If a visa is issued but the student cancels enrollment before entering Japan:
All payments will be refunded except for the application fee, admission fee, and bank transfer charges, provided that the visa is confirmed as unused and expired, and required documents are submitted.
  • If a student withdraws after enrollment:
The application fee and admission fee are non-refundable. Tuition and other fees (such as teaching materials and facility fees) may be refunded for the unused semester, based on a system dividing the year into two terms.
